Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Warming Yang and invigorating the spleen therapies on the levels of serum B type natriuretic peptide(BNP),matrix metal oproteinase 2 (MMP 2)and hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)in elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods Seventy two elderly patients with CHF from our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group by different treatment. The serum levels of BNP,MMP 2 and HGF were tested and compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the BNP,tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α)and MMP 2 levels were lower(P<0.05),the left cardiac function and HGF were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming Yang and invigorating the spleen therapies can improve the heart rate, increase myocardial oxygen supply, reduce the burden of heart and heart, inhibit the synthesis of inflammatory factors, improve the blood and fil ing ability of the heart, and inhibit the progress of cel damage, promote the repair and restore cardiac function. The clinical curative effect of Warming Yang and invigorating spleen therapies has little effect, lasting effect, and is not easy to be repeated, and can be used as the first choice for clinical treatment.
