Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and biofeedback on Parkinson disease pa-tients,and to observe the improvement of Parkinson’s motor symptoms and non motor symptoms. Methods According to the inclu-sion criteria and exclusion criteria,120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into 3 groups:group A(n=40)treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, group B (n=40)treated with biofeedback treatment, group C(n=40)treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation plus biofeed-back treatment.Clinical efficacy was assessed by modified Webster scale and Parkinson disease motor function scale (MDRSPD) before and after treatment. At the same time sleep apnea monitoring (oxygen,EEG,breathing, limb movement, eye movements, ECG,EMG,overturning movement). Results After treatment, the symptoms of motor function in 40 patients were significantly im-proved,the UPDRS score was decreased by 19.51%.The total score of HAMD was decreased by 27.98%,and the score of the treatment was (12.15±7.62),which was (8.75±7.31).HAMA score was significantly lower than that before treatment (P>0.05). The improvement of symptoms in patients with ankylosing type was more obvious. And group A,group B before and after treatment of the indicators were not statistical y significant. Conclusion The repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with biofeed-back in the treatment of Parkinson disease and non motor symptoms is better than the simple treatment group, with significant im-provement of motor function and depressive symptoms.
