Clinical Observation on Yiqi Shuxin Capslue in the Treatment of 45 Cases of Acute Coronary Syndrome

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Shuxin capsule(YSC)on the clinical effects and the coronary flow reserve(CFR)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)by the coronary angiography(CAG).Methods Eighty eight patients with ACS were divided into two groups:control group(n=43)treated with routine treatment,and treatment group(n=45)treated with routine treat-ment and YSC for 6 months.The clinical effects and the CFR were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(52%,P<0.05).After treatment,the CFR were increased in two groups(P<0.05),which in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion YSC can improve the CFR of ACS patients,and im-prove the clinical curative effect.
