Clinical Observation on Zhuangxin Oral Liquid in the Treatment of 180 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Zhuangxin oral liquid (ZOL)in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Three hundreds patients with CHF were randomly divided into two group: control group (n=120)treated with Qili Qiangxin cap-sule,and experimental group (n=180)treated with ZOL in the basis of routine treatment for 4 weeks.The changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),6 min walking test (6MWT)and cardiac function were detected before and after treatment.Results After treatment,heart function were significantly improved in two groups(P<0.05).BNP,LVEF, and 6MWT were significantly improved in treatment group,which was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ZOL can improve the cardiac function,reduce plasma BNP,increase LVEF,extend the 6MWT,improve the quality of life in patients with CHF.
