Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of nicorandil on the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia and troponin I (cTn I)in pa-tients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods Sixty four patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI)were selected as the research object in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=32)treated with routine thrombolysis treatment, and treatment group(n=32)treated with nic-orandil.The incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia and the change of cTn I levels after treatment at 4 hours,12 hours and 24 hours were observed. Results After treatment, the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia was 40.6% in treatment group and 53.1% in control group (P<0.05).The levels of cTn I in treatment group were lower than that in control group after treatment at 4 hours,12 hours,24 hours (P<0.05).Conclusion Nicorandil can decrease the level of cTn I and the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia in patients with AMI.
