Abstract:Objective To compare the value of multi slice spiral computed tomography angiography(MSCTA)and the application of digital subtraction angiography (DSA)in clinical diagnosis of cerebral vascular malformation. Methods Forty seven patients with cerebral vascular malformations were selected and analyzed,by MSCTA and DSA examination to compare the two methods of in-spection diagnosis rate. Results According to the results of DSA examination,31 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, the superficial cerebral veins was the most common site of bleeding. The diagnostic rate of DSA was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than that of MSCTA examination (87.23%,P<0.05). Conclusion DSA is the gold standard in the diagnosis of cerebral venous vascular diseases. Its application in clinical diagnosis of cerebral vascular malformation can effectively improve the rate of diagnosis. It can pro-vide the basis for clinical treatment of diseases, but it has certain traumatic. The diagnosis can performed general y by MSCTA.DSA examination was performed in undiagnosed the case,in order to achieve the patients diagnosed as early as possible,to improve the diagnosis rate.
