Influences of Chaihu Sanshen Capsule on Serum Prostacyclin,Thromboxan A2 and C reactive Protein in Model Rats with Ischemic Arrhythmia

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influences of Chaihu Sanshen capsule(CSC)on serum prostacyclin (PGI2 ),thromboxane A2 (TXA2 )and C reactive protein(CRP)in model rats with ischemic arrhythmia.Methods The rats were randomly divided into blank group,control group,model group,CSC Qinghao group,CSC Changshan group,amiodarone group,Wenxin Keli group.The electro-cardiogram changes,the levels of serum PGI2 ,TXA2 and CRP were observed.Results The incidence of ischemic arrhythmias,the levels of serum TXA2 and CRP reduced while the levels of serum PGI2 increased in CSC group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion CSC can increase the levels of serum PGI2 and reduce the levels of serum TXA2 and CRP,which has antiarrhythmic effects.
