The Influence of Ibutilide and Wenxin Granule on the Cardiac Electrophysiology in Patients with Atrial Fibril ation

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of ibutilide and Wenxin granule(WXG)on cardiac electrophysiology in patients with at-rial fibril ation(AF).Methods One hundred and forty patients with AF were randomly divided into two groups:control group treated with ibutilide,and treatment group treated with ibutilide and WXG.Variation of cardiac electrophysiological in two groups were com-pared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The success rate cardioversion of AF in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (χ2=4.72, P<0.05).The average turn recovery time in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (t=45.758,P<0.01). The stroke volume,ejection fraction in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The QTc in-terval prolonged time in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (t=3.377,P<0.05).Conclusion Ibutil-ide and WXG can effectively control the heart rate,improve myocardial perfusion function,prolong the QTc interval in patients with AF.
