Abstract:Objective This article aims to investigate the impact of clinical characteristics of idiopathic premature ventricular contrac-tions(IPVCs)on apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1)and bilirubin (BIL).Methods Seventy eight IPVCs inpatients in group A and 35 healthy people without IPVCs in group B were studied. The general information and the data of the biochemistry of serum were col ected to compare apolipoprotein A1 and bilirubin between groups. Results ApoA1 level in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05). The levels of total bilirubin (TBIL),ndirect bilirubin (IDBIL),high sensitivity C reactive protein (hsCRP)in group A were higher than that in group B(P<0.01).With idiopathic premature ventricular contractions or not were positively correlated with TBIL(r=0.241,P=0.011),IDBIL(r=0.259,P=0.007),hsCRP(r=0.390,P=0.001),and negatively correlated with ApoA1(r=-0.271,P=0.006). Conclusion IPVCs is associated with inflammation.ApoA1 has a negative correlation with IPVCs.ApoA1 in IPVCs may be helpful to detect heart failure. The level of bilirubin in patients with IPVCs is higher than that in patients without IPVCs.
