Abstract:Objective To observe the protective effects of Danhong injection(DHI)on perioperative myocardial injury in patients with unstable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome during selective percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Non syn-chronous observe effects of conventional therapy and therapy with DHI on level of serum cardiac marker creatine kinase (CK)and its Isozymemyocardial bound creatine kinase(CK MB)in patients with unstable angina(UA)after selective PCI,and their perioperative effect in patients with angina pectoris during PCI,to investigate the protective effects of DHI on ischemic myocardium during selective PCI.Results There was no significant difference in levels of CK or CK MB(P>0.05)between the group given conventional thera-py and the group given additional y DHI before PCI.After PCI,the CK and CK MB levels in conventional therapy group elevated:CK increased close to statistical significance (P=0.054),CK MB with statistical y significant difference (P<0.05).After PCI,the CK and CK MB levels in DHI group decreased, statistical y significant difference (P<0.05).After PCI,the fluency of anginapectoris of both groups decreased, the efficiency of both group were almost similar, the efficiency of DHI group was better than that in conven-tional therapy group, but there was no statistical y significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion DHI has protective effects on periop-erative myocardial injury during selective PCI.
