Abstract：Objective To explore the effect and economic cost of patients with ischemic stroke in multi discipline integration mode. Methods One hundred and fifty two patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(n=79)treated with multi discipline integration mode and control group(n=73).The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS),Barthel index (BI),hospitalization time and the costs were observed.Results The costs in treatment group were higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The scores of NIHSS and BI in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi discipline integration mode can promote the functional recovery,improve the daily activities,increase the costs of hospitalization,get more benefits from this in patients with ischemic stroke.
