Effect of Wenxin granule and Shensong Yangxin Capsule on Sinus Heart Rate Turbulence in Acute Myocardial Infarction after Percu-taneous Coronary Intervention

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Wenxin granule(WXG)and Shensong Yangxin capsule(SYG)on sinus heart rate tur-bulence(HRT)in acute myocardial infarction (AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Seventy one patients with AMI after PCI were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=35)treated by routine treatment,treatment group(n=36)treated by WXG and SYG on the basis of routine treatment and for four weeks.After first days of operation and 4 weeks after treatment,24 h dynamic electrocardiogram was performed,and TO and TS values were calculated. Results After treatment,TO val-ue decreased and TS increased in two groups compared with before treatment (P<0.01).After treatment,TO value decreased and TS increased in treatment group compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion WXG and SYG on the basis of routine treat-ment can regulate HRT,improve autonomic nerve function and the prognosis,reduce the occurrence of cardiac events in patients with AMI after PCI.
