Impact of Salviae Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection and Atorvastatin on Serum CysC Levels in Patients with Coronary Heart Dis-ease

Abstract：Objective To observe the impact of salviae ligustrazine hydrochloride injection(SLHI)and atorvastatin on serum CysC lev-el in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Ninety patients with CHD were selected and divided into two groups:ator-vastatin group treated with routine treatment and atorvastatin,and combination group treated with atorvastati and SLHI in the basis of routine treatment routine treatment for 14 days.Ninety healthy individuals were as controls.The levels of serum CysC,total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C)were ob-served.Results The levels of serum TC,CysC and TG in combination group and atorvastatin group were significantly higher than that in control group while the level of serum HDL C was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CysC,TC,TG,HDL C and LDL C in combination group and atorvastatin group were improved.The levels of serum CysC, TC,TG and HDL C in combination group were better than that in atorvastatin group(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of serum CysC in patient with CHD is increased.SLHI and atorvastatin can effectively improve the lipid metabolism and the expression of inflammato-ry factor.
