Varclus Cluster Analysis on Treating Bradyarrhythmia by Veteran Physicians with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract：Objective To analyze the law of traditional Chinese drug used in bradyarrhythmia by SAS software. Methods The 424 proven cases record col ecting from 26 famous veteran physicians with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of treating bradyarrhyth-mia to the analysis software of proven cases,and making the varclus cluster analysis of 36 kinds of drugs which frequency was more than 10% with SAS software.Results Thirty six kinds of drugs were divided into 10 categories1.stir fried spiny jujube,scorch fried barley sprout,scorch fried medicated leaven,scorch fried crataegus;2. ophiopogon,rehmanniae praeparatum,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis;3.Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Notoginseng,Radix Pae-oniae Rubra,Radix Codonopsis,Flos Carthami;4.crude dragon bone,raw oyster shel;5.Fructus Trichosanthis,Rhizoma Pinel iae, tangerine peel,Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowi ,Bulbus Al i Macrostemonis;6.sojutsu var,Poria,Fructus Amomi Vil osi;7.Radix Rehmanni-ae Preparata,Radix Polygalae,mix fried licorice;8.Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Ginseng,cooked aco-nite;9.Rhizoma Ligustici;10.Herba Asari,rhizoma corydalis,Radix Curcumae,Fructus Auranti .Conclusion Every categories of drugs corresponds with one syndrome or symptom of bradyarrhythmia.For same type of syndrome or same symptom of bradyarrhythmia,fa-mous veteran teran doctors of TCM use specified drugs’group that include two kinds or more than two kinds of traditional Chinese drugs treating bradyarrhythmia habitual y.The analysis results has certain guiding significance in clinic.
