Abstract：Insulin like growth factor (IGF) 1 and hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)in many stem cel s play a positive role.Cardiac stem cel s(CSCs),as an important therapeutic stem cel s to myocardial ischemic disease are getting increasingly attention.In recent years found that the treatment meaning of the activation of CSCs is clear.HGF/IGF 1 are the important molecules to excite the acti-vation state of CSCs,and they have some overlap signaling pathways.They can also promote CSCs migration,proliferation,apopto-sis,etc.
