Clinical Observation on Post Stroke Fatigue Treated by Recuperate Gan and Pi Therapy

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of post stroke fatigue treated by recuperate liver and spleen therapy.Methods Fifty patients with post stroke fatigue were randomly divided into two groups:The control group(n=25)treated with secondary prevention of stroke, and the treatment group(n=25)treated with Xiaoyaosan decoction and secondary prevention of stroke.Results The total effective rate in the treated group was 68.0%,which was higher than that in control group(40.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion The recuperate liver and spleen therapy can improve the therapeutic and quality of life in patients with post stroke fatigue.
