Clinical Observation of 40 Patients with Angina Pectoris Treated with Pi Wei Theory

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Tiaopi Tongluo granule(TTG)in treating patients with angina pectoris and its influence on serum lipids and fibrinogen.Methods The patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into three groups:Control group treated with routine western medicine,treatment group 1 treated with routine treatment plus Yangxinshi tablet,treatment group 2 trea-ted with routine treatment plus TTG for 28 days.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,levels of serum lipid and fibrinogen were observed.Results The clinical effect in treatment group 2 was better than control group and blood activating group.After treatment,the levels of serum lipids and fibrinogen in three groups were improved,while the effect in treatment group 2 was better than that in control group and treatment group 1.Conclusion TTG has a reliable clinical therapeutic effect on an-gina pectoris,which can regulate the lipid metabolism,stabilize atherosclerotic plaque,and relieve the high coagulation state.
