The Influence of Ginkgo Terpene Lactones Meglumine Injection on Blood Hemorheology in Patients with Cerebral Infarction at Conva-lescence

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo terpene lactones meglumine injection on blood hemorheology in patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence.Methods Sixty seven patients with cerebral infarction convalescence were randomly divided into two groups:The control group(n=33)treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group(n=34)treated with routine treat-ment plus Ginkgo terpene lactones meglumine injection for 2 weeks.The changes of blood rheology,nerve function defect score and side effects were observed after 2 weeks.Results After treatment,the changes of blood rheology and nerve function defect score in treatment group were better than that before treatment and in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo terpene lactones meglu-mine injection has good and safe effects in patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence.
