Influence of Yinxingdamo Injection on Serum IL 6 and MMP 9 in Patients with Angina Pectoris

Abstract：Objective To study influence of Yinxingdamo injection on interleukin (IL) 6 and matrix metal oproteinase (MMP) 9 in pa-tients with angina pectoris of,and to explore the mechanism.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups:The control group(n=60)treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group(n=60)treated with routine treatment plus Yinxingdamo injection for 14 days.The effects of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram curative were ob-served.The levels of serum IL 6 and MMP 9 were measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the effects of an-gina pectoris and electrocardiogram curative in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum IL 6 and MMP 9 in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Yinx-ingdamo injection has effect in patients with angina pectoris,which can reduce serum IL 6 and MMP 9 and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
