Effects of Tanreqing Injection and Nebulized Nitroglycerin Inhalation on Cel ular Immune Function in Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of Tanreqing injection(TRQI)and nebulized nitroglycerin (Neb NTG)inhalation on cel ular immune function in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD).Methods Eighty patients with CPHD were randomly di-vided into two groups:The control group(n=40)treated with routine treatment ,and the treatment group(n=40)treated with TRQI plus Neb NTG inhalation in the basis of routine treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group, which was higher than that in control group(70.0%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2 ),pulmonary arterial pressure in treatment group were lower than that in control group,while the levels of arterial partial pres-sure of oxygen(PaO2 )were higher than that in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,CD8+ T cel in treatment group were higher than that in control group,while CD3+T cel ,CD4+ T cel and CD4+/CD8+T cel were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TRQI and Neb NTG inhalation can effectively reduce the pulmonary artery pressure and improve the cel ular im-mune function in patients with CPHD.
