Clinical Observation with Integrative Medicine in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Disease Comorbid Mental Disturbance

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of integrative medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular disease comorbid mental disor-ders.Methods Selected from December 2012 to December 2014,122 patients with cardiovascular disease comorbid mental disorders were divided into two groups:The control group(n=61)treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules and amitriptyline hydrochlo-ride,and the treatment group(n=61)treated with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical method in the basis of routine treatment for 2 months.The therapeutic effects were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was 98.4% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group(80.3%,P<0.05).The cardiac function recovery of level I and Ⅱ in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function level Ⅲ in treatment group(0 case)was significantly lower than that in control group(16 case,P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative medicine can improve the symptoms and quality of life in patients with cardiovascular disease comorbid mental disorders.
