Abstract:Objective To To explore the effect of rosuvastatin combined salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection on levels of blood lip-id and C reactive protein (CRP)in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods From April 2013 to March 2014,140 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris treated in our hospital were col ected,al of these patients were randomly divided into two groups:Control group(n=70)treated with rosuvastatin and experiment group(n=70)treated with rosuvastatin plus salvia miltiorrhi-za ligustrazine injection treatment. The levels of blood lipid and C reactive protein in patients with unstable angina pectoris were measured, and the clinical treatment effect was compared. Results After treatment, compared to control group, levels of TG,LDL C,TC and CRP were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.71%,which was higher than 87.14%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin plus salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection can decrease levels of blood lipid and C reactive protein, and the effective rate was significance.
