Study on Characteristic of Encephaloflctuograph in Sixty Patients with Primary Depression with Disharmony between Heart and Kid-ney

Abstract：Objective To investigate the characteristic of encephalofluctuograph in primary depressed patients with syndrome type of disharmony between heart and kidney. Methods A non randomized control ed trial was adopted. Sixty patients with primary de-pressed and syndrome type of disharmony between heart and kidney were chosen as study group.Sixty healthy volunteers were cho-sen as control group. The values of neurotransmitters in study and control group were measured by using encephalofluctuograph (EFG)technology.By comparing average values of neurotransmitters in the whole brain and respective values of same neurotrans-mitters in the same brain regions between two groups,we could find out which encephalic region has difference through data statis-tics using SPSS 17.0.Results The values of EXE in patients’brain were lower than the control group in the right prefrontal brain re-gion,with statistical y significant difference (P<0.05).There was no statistical y significant difference in other brain regions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Primary depression with type of disharmony between heart and kidney is most relevant with right prefrontal brain region.
