Clinical Observation of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine for Treatment of 40 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of integrative Chinese and western medicine for treatment chronic heart failure.Methods Eighty patients with chronic heart failure randomly divided into two groups:The control group(n=40)treated with routine western medicine treatment,the observation group (n =40)treated with routine western medicine treatment plus Shenfu injection.The effects,Chinese medicine symptom integral and cardiac function classification were observed.The content of T3 and T4 were detec-ted.Results The total effective rate was 77.50% in observation group,which was higher than that in control group(35.00%,P<0.05). After treatment,TCM symptom integral mild was 18 cases in observation group and 9 cases in control group.The content of T3 was 0.85± 0.28 in observation group and 0.69± 0.27 in control group.Conclusion The integrative Chinese and western medicine for treatment chronic heart failure had an obvious effect.
