Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship of progressive cerebral infarction (PCI)with serum inflammatory immune factors gene expression. Methods Thirty eight patients with PCI and 90 patients with stabile cerebral infarction were enrol ed.The levels of interleukin(IL) 6,IL 10,tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α)gene expression were measured. Results The levels of IL 6,IL 10 mRNA expression had more significant difference in patients with PCI than that in stabile cerebral infarction.Gene expression of IL 10 was the risk factor in PCI.Conclusion The abnormal levels of inflammatory immune factors mRNA expression may be closely relat-ed to PCI.They may play an important role in progressive ischemic stroke.
