Abstract：Objective To evaluate the impact of systematic management on the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods By using the method of randomized and control ed,surveys were conducted using Minnesota Living with Heart Fail-ure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)and 36 item short form health status survey(SF 36)to evaluate the quality of life in patients with CHF.Results After 12 months,the evaluation on the quality of life with MLHFQ showed that there was significant difference in vari-ous fields and total scores between two groups(P<0.01).The evaluation on the quality of life with SF 36 showed that there was significant difference in the various dimensions and total score between two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The system-atic management can improve the quality of life in patients with CHF.
