Study on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease in Xinjiang Based on the Clinical Research Information Integration Platform

Abstract：Objective On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinical research integration platform,combining clinical re-search and information technology,for different types and stages in patients with coronary heart diseases(CHD),the syndrome distri-bution characteristics and the basis of treatments based on syndrome differentiation were studied.Methods The use of CHD integra-tion of scientific research platform,using the computer system software for scientific research and medical record information was ex-tracted and integrated,conducting clinical research,summarizes the characteristics of TCM syndrome of CHD,syndrome distribution regularity and clinical syndrome,relevance of TCM research.Results Two hundreds and two patients with CHD hospitalized in Xin-jiang Hospital of TCM.Therefore more men accounts for than number of women while the average age of men were lower than that of women.The main syndromes were tanyuhuzu syndrome,huizhuotanzu syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,huizhuotanzu syn-drome partial stasis,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,hot phlegm inside syndrome.There was significantly difference in syn-dromes.The principal syndrome was huizhuotanzu syndrome.Results showed that the onset of CHD,at the same time patients are ac-companied by hypertension,diabetes,chronic bronchitis.In relation to the different types of western medicine drug use frequency,the top five drugs were anticoagulant drugs,blood pressure medication,lipid lowering,anti arrhythmic drugs,anti angina pectoris medi-cine.Conclusion Through the use of CHD clinical research information integration platform,we can come to the conclusion that the platform can be set up to develop high quality clinical research and application demonstration research services.In the context of re-search field of CHD,use of scientific research and information integration platform for scientific research and clinical work is an im-portant direction in future work,and a very vital measure in order to promote the development of TCM.
