Correlation between Smoking and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Stroke

Abstract：Objective To study the correlation between smoking and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes of stroke.Methods The clinical data was col ected by the doctor of TCM according to the table developed before the study.The data was entered into database by the way of double blind and then exported into an excel table for analyzing.The patients were divided into smoking group and no smoking group,and the correlation between smoking and TCM syndromes of stroke was analyzed.Results The age of stroke patient in smoking group was younger than that in no smoking group.The rate of wind phlegm syndrome in smoking group was higher than that in no smoking group.Conclusion Smoking people sufferd stroke was yonger than those no smoking,and was susceptible to wind phlegm syndrome.
