Clinical Observation on Xingnaojing Injection and Brain Protein Hydrolysate for Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of Xingnaojing injection and brain protein hydrolysate for treatment of acute cerebral infarc-tion.Methods Ninety cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.control group pure to conventional treatment plus brain protein hydrolysate,based on observation group was treated in the control group,treatment with Xingnaojing injection 2 weeks,4 weeks to observe curative effect and adverse reactions.Results Basic recovery 25 cases in observation group 45 cases (55.56%),10 cases were markedly improved (22.22%),effective in 5 cases (11.11%),the total effective rate was 88.89%;Basic healing 16 cases in the control group 45 cases (35.56%),8 cases were markedly improved (17.78%),effective 4 cases (8.89%),total effective rate 62.22%,Observation group and control group in the treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy curative effect more significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection and brain protein hydrolysate for treatment of acute cerebral infarction is better than the control group.
