Abstract：The American Heart Association(AHA)/American Stroke Association(ASA)recently released Guidelines for the Prevention of Stroke in patients with Stroke and Transient Ischemic Attack(2014).It was updated from 2011 edition.This review interprets some main contents in the guide.
