Effects of Qishen Yiqi Drop Pil on Coronary Blood Flow and Left Ventricular Function in Patients with Anterior Wal AMI after PCI

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of Qishen Yiqi drop pil (QYDP)on coronary blood flow and left ventricular func-tion of patients with anterior wal acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods Eighty three patients with anterior wal AMI were randomly divided into two groups:Control group treated by routine treatment,and treatment group treated by QYDP on the basis of routine treatment.The coronary blood flow and left ventricular function were observed.Results Three cases was lost,the lost rate of 3.61.After 9 months of treatment,the TIMI3 coronary blood flow,in stent restenosis and col-lateral circulation score in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).The improvements on left ventricular e-jection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI)and left ventricular end systolic (LVESV)in treatment group in treat-ment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05),especial y in LVEF.Conclusion QYDP could improve coronary blood flow and left ventricular function in patients with anterior wal AMI.
