Correlation between CD40/CD40L and Phlegm Stagnation and Qi Depression Syndrome and Carotid Artery Plaque
Abstract：Objective Through the observation of Xintong decoction in treating the patients with phlegm stagnation,qi depression syndrome on coronary heart disease complicated with carotid artery plaque,to analyses the correlation between CD40/CD40L and TCM syndrome and carotid artery plaque.Methods Fifty two patients were randomized to treatment group and control group,pa-tients in the treatment group taking Xintong decoction treatment,the control group of patients taking atorvastatin plus aspirin,for 3 months.The clinical symptoms,carotid artery plaque,IMT,CD40,CD40L of patients were observed.Results CD40/CD40L has corre-lation with TCM syndrome integral,carotid artery plaque and IMT Crouse integral. Conclusion CD40/CD40L had correlation with TCM syndrome and carotid artery plaque.
