Effect of Danqi Tableton Plasma Proteome in Swines with Myocardial Ischemia
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Danqi table t(DQT) on plasma proteome in sw ines w ith myocardial ischem ia. Me thods Myocardial ischem ia was induced by a constrictoron the left coronary artery.After treated by DQT w ith a dose of 9 g per day for4 weeks ,two dimension e lectrophoresis andmass spectrome terwas used to analyze the changes ofplasma proteome .Re-sults The abundances of 9 prote in spots were decreased while 11 prote in spots increased in animals treated by DQT.Apolipopro-te in A1 and apolipoprote in E were identified as increased prote ins .Conclusion DQTmay negative ly regulate the excess inflamma-tion induced by myocardial ischem ia and it is proved by increase plasma apolipoprote in A1 and apoliopoprote in E.
