Clinica lO bserva tion on Wenyang Huoxue D ecoction for Treatment of Coronary Slow Flow
Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Huoxue decoction (WHD) fortreatment of coronary slow flow. Methods Sixty patients diagnosed coronary slow flow by coronaryan giography, and yang deficiency and blood s tasis syndrom e by TCM, were random ly divided into two groups:The control group( n = 30) treated by routine treatment, and the treatment group( n =30) treatedby routine treatment plus WHD forone month. Biochemical indexes, TCM symptom complex and angina improvement were observed. Results There were very significant improvement of endo the lin(ET), total cholesterol( TC), trig lycerine( TG), low density lipopro te in cholesterol(LDLC)and P select in after treatment than before in the control and the treatment group( P < 0.01). There was significant improvement of nitric oxide(NO) after treatment than before in the treatment group(P<0.01). There was sig-nificant improvement of NO in the treatment group than in the control( P < 0.01). There was significant improvement of total score of TCM symptom complex after treatment in two groups(P<0.01). There was very significant improvement of total scoreof TCM symptom complexafter treatment in the control than in the treatment group(P<0.01). The total clinical effective rate were 96.7% in the treatment group and 86.9% in the control group(P<0.01). There was significant decrease of attack frequency, duration, and nitrogly cerine dose of angina in two groups( P < 0.05). Conclusion WHD could improve clinical effect in patients with coronary slow flow, it was suggested that which could improve vascular endothelial function.
