Re lationship betw een C ardiac Valve C alcification and Dyslipidem ia in M aintenance Hem odylisis
Abstract：O bjective To explore the relationship betw een cardiac va lve ca lcification and blood lipid m e tabo lic disorder in pa-tients w ith m aintenance hem odialysis .M ethods The valve calcification w as assessed using Philip IU 33 co lor Doppler ultrasonogra-phy in 80 patients .A l patients w ere divided into tw o groups :C alcification g roup( n= 18) and contro lgroup ( n= 62) .Hem og lobin,ser-um album in,serum lipid and heart structure w ere com pared betw een tw o groups .Results Age and duration of dialysis w ere longer in calcification group.In calcification group ,incidence of left atria l enlargem ent and LVDD ,the level of TC ,LDL C ,Apo B w ere higher than that in contro l group.C onclusion C ardiac valve calcification in patients w ith m aintenance hem odialysis w ere closely related to age ,duration of dialysis ,dyslipidem ia,prone to heart structural abno rm alities .
