Effect of Shuxuetong Injection on Renin ang io tensin aldosterone System in EssentialHypertension
Abstract：O bjective To observe the effect of Shuxuetong injection on renin ang io tensin aldosterone system in patients w ith essential hypertension.M ethods O ne hundred and tw enty patients w ith essential hypertension w ere random ly divided tw o groups . The curative effect of tw o groups w as assessed before trea tm ent and after treatm ent.At the sam e tim e blood lipids ,hem orheo log ical param eters ,PRA ,AngⅡ and ALD w ere observed.Results After treatm entw ith Shuxuetong injection , the level of serum PRA w as increased but there w as no t a significant difference( P > 0.05) .The level of serum Ang Ⅱ and ALD w as descended and there w as a significant difference com pard w ith the contro lgroup( P < 0.05) .The lipids and hem orheo log icalparam eters in the treating group w ere m proved obviously ,and the difference w as significant com pared w ith the contro lgroup( P < 0.05) .Conclusion Shuxuetong injection could im prove rennin ang io tension aldos terone system fo r essential hypertension , raise the levelof PRA , lower the content ofAngⅡand Ald, lower blood pressure effectively.
