Clinical Observation on Spleen invigorating and Heart regulating Acupunture for Treatment of Premature Heart Beat with Deficiency Syndrome of Heart and Spleen
Abstract：Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of spleen invigorating and heart regulating acupuncture on premature heart beat (PHB)with deficiency syndrome of heart and spleen.Methods Sixty eight patients were randomly divided into observa-tion group received treatment of spleen invigorating and heart regulating acupuncture (points selected:Lingtai,Shendao,Baihui,Qi Hai and Neiguan,Zu Sanli,San Yinjiao on both sides),and control group treated by electroacupuncture (bilateral Neiguan).Dynamic electrocardiogram was detected before treatment and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 69.7%(23/33)in the ob-servation group and 37.5%(12/32)in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Tiaoxin acupuncture had specific clinical effi-cacy on PHB with deficiency of heart and spleen.
