Meta analysis of Influence of Breviscapine Injection on Hemorheology in Stroke

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of breviscapine injection on hemorheology in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods The databases were searched at home to collect the literature on randomized controlled trials of breviscapine inj ection for treatment of acute ischemic stroke.The data were analyzed by RevMan4.2.7 software for Meta analysis.Results There were 28 qualified treatises,in which 8 treatises for HSWBV,8 for LSWBV,12 for BPV,and 7 for fibrinogen.Meta analysis revealed that the weighted mean difference (treatment group to control group)in HSWBV,LSWBV,BPV and fibrinogen were significant (P<0.000 01). The reliability of above results of sensitivity tests was confirmed.Conclusion From the existing clinical evidence,breviscapine inj ec-tion had better effects on HSWBV,LSWBV,BPV and fibrinogen for treatment of cerebral infarction.
