Urinary Kallidinogenase Combined with Edaravone for Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction:A Meta analysis

Abstract：To assess the efficacy of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on acute cerebral infarction.Meth-ods We searched the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,PubMed,Wanfang Data,and VIP,which were all last searched Sep-tember 2013.Randomized controlled trials (RCTs)about urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on acute ischemic stroke were included.Meta analysis was carried out by software Stata 12.0.Results Thirty trials were included,but only eleven trials in-volving 828 patients were assessed.Meta analysis showed:Compared with the union treated group,the difference of the total effec-tive rate was significant [(P<0.001,OR=4.00,95%CI(2.62,6.11)].Conclusion Compared with routine therapeutic method,uri-nary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone for acute cerebral infarction had better efficacy on reducing neurological impairment,re-ducing the rate of illness,and improving the outcomes.
