Clinical Observation on Danhong Injection Combined with Diltiazem Hydrochloride for Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Abstract：Objective To observe of the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with diltiazem hydrochloride for unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 60 patients were divided into two groups:Control group (n=30)treated with diltiazem hydro-chloride,and observation group (n=30)treated with Danhong injection and diltiazem hydrochloride.The changes of symptoms and the amount of nitroglycerin in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was not significantly different between ob-servation group (96.67%)and control group(86.67%,P>0.05).After treatment,angina attack frequency and duration,the amount of nitroglycerin in observation group were better compared with that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with diltiazem hydrochloride was effective for treating unstable angina pectoris.
