Clinical Obseration on Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection Combined with Saffbr Yellow for Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with saffbr yellow for treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with acute cerebral infarction were divid-ed into observation group(n=60)treated with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with saffbr yellow on the basis of general routine treatment and control group(n=55)treated with saffbr yellow on the basis of general routine treatment.Re-sults After treatment for 14 days,the level of NT pro BNP in both group was obviously decreased (P<0.05).The neurological deficit scores in observation and control group significant were declined (P<0.05).Clinical efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficiency of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with saffbr yellow was better than that in control group.
