Effect of Interventional Therapy on IL 6,MMP 9,and C reactive Protein in Acute Coronary Syndrome

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of interventional therapy on IL 6,MMP 9,and effect of C reactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods The IL 6,MMP 9,and C reactive protein in 42 patients with acute coronary syndrome were measured pre and post surgery and 42 subjects as controls.Results Compared with pre surgery,IL 6,MMP 9 and c re-active protein were increased postsurgery (P<0.05).IL 6,MMP 9 and C reactive protein in patients were higher than that in controls (P<0.05).Conclusion IL 6,MMP 9 and c reactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome and interventional therapy were increased and related to endothelial inj ury after interventional treatment.
