Clinical Observation on JiuWer Zhenxin Particles Combined with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Abstract：Objective To probe into the effect Jiuuer Zhenxin(JZP)particles combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation ea-sing on generalized anxiety.Methods Sixty eight patients were randomly divided into two groups:Control group(n=33)treated with Jiu Wer Zhen xin particles JZP and observation group(n=35)treated with(JZP)combined with transcranial magnetic stimula-tion.Hamilton anxiety scale and the side effects scale of the two groups were recorded and compared pre and post treatment.Re-sults Compared with the pre treatment,there were significant differences in Hamilton anxiety marks in both groups after treat-ment.There was significant differences in overall response rate between two groups,and no significant differences in side effects be-tween two groups.Conclusion JZP combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation was effective in the treatment of generalized anx-iety disorder with better effect and slight side effect.
