Cost effectiveness Analysis of Transtelephonic Electrocardiographic Monitoring for County and City Community
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effectiveness of transtelephonic electrocardiographic mornitoring (TTM)for the patients in county and city community.Methods One thousand nine hundred and ninety seventh patients in ShanXi province were enrolled in order to contrast the patients’cost and arrhythmia between 6 spots in county and 6 spots in city.Results Compared to city commu-nity,patients arrhythmia rate,expenditure and treatment time in county are higher(P <0.05).Conclusion TTM could save more cost for treatment.
