Effect of Tetramethylpyrazine on TGF-β1 of MCAO in BMNCs Transplantation Mice
Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Chuanxiongqin on TGF-β1 of MCAO in BMNCs transplantation mice.Methods The model mice with cerebral infarction were established by occluding the middle cerebral artery with a nylon thread.Bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs) isolated from the same homogenous mice were injected into MCAO mouse model through vena caudalis.And tetramethylpyrazine injection was injected through belly cavity.The content of TGF-β1 were detected.Results Tetramethylpyrazine injected in BMNCs transplantation mice could reduced the content of blood TGF-β1 obviously.Conclusion Chuanxiongqin could displace the TGF-β1 into the area of brain ischemia in BMNCs transplantation mice to improve the ischemia symptom.
