Effect of Yindanxinnaotong Capsule on the Electrocardiogram in Rats with Acute Myocardium Ischemia Induced by Pituitary
Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Yindanxinnaotong capsule on the electrocardiogram(ECG) in rats with acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitary. Methods Acute myocardium ischemia rat models were established by sublingual venous injection of pituitrin. The changes of the T wave in lead Ⅱ ECG and heart rate were observed. Results Yindanxinnaotong capsule could significantly lower the percentage change of T wave and inhibit slowed heart rate induced by pituitrin in rats. Conclusion Yindanxin-naotong capsule had anti - myocardial ischemia effets on rats with acute myocardium ischemia induced by pituitary.
