Short-term Therapeutic Effect of Yangxin Decoction on Sub - health State with Insomnia of Deficiency Syndrome of Heart and Kidney
Abstract：Objective To observe short - term therapeutic effect of Yangxin decoction on sub - health state with insomnia of defi ciency syndrome of heart and kidney. Methods Fifty - six patients with sub - health insomnia of deficiency syndrome of heart and kid-ney were randomly divided into two groups: The observed group(n= 32)treated with Yangxin decoction and the control group(n=24) treated with routine treatment. Total clinical therapeutic effect and the change of cumulative score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) were analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 90.63% and 79.17% in the observed group and the control group respec-tively(P<0.05). After treatment, PSQI of two group was decreased, and that in the observed group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yangxin decoction had a significant short - term therapeutic effect on sub - health state with insomnia of deficiency syndrome of heart and kidne.
