Serum High Sensitive C - reactive Protein in Acute Coronary Syndrome
Abstract:Ohjective To study the serum high sensitive C - reactive protein (hs -CRP) in patients (pts) with acute coronary syn-drome. Methods One hundred pts with CHD,were divided into acute coronary syndrome(ACS) group(n=62),stable angina pectoris (SAP) group(n = 38),and healthy controls(NCHD)group(n = 30). The levels of serum hs -CRP were measured with enzyme - linked immunosorbent ashy. Results The level of serum hs- CRP was significantly higher in the ACS group titan that in NCHD group(P<0.01). There was significantly difference in the level of serum hs - CRP between the ACS group and SAP group(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum hs-CRP was one of the indexes for the inflammation of atherosclerosis, which was an important serum maker of the attack and serve degree of ACS.
