Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Intrauterine Adhesions

Abstract：Intrauterine adhesions(IUA)is a common and serious disease that affects female reproductive function in the field of gynecology.Thanks to the rapid development of hysteroscopy diagnosis and treatment technology,the diagnostic accuracy of this disease has been significantly improved.At present,hysteroscopic adhesiolysis has become the preferred clinical treatment for intrauterine adhesions,but its high postoperative recurrence rate remains a major challenge,and the postoperative pregnancy rate and outcome of women of childbearing age are also not optimistic.It is worth noting that in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has demonstrated unique therapeutic advantages.By integrating recent clinical research data,this study focuses on exploring the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in promoting endometrial repair,improving uterine artery blood flow,and increasing pregnancy rate after intrauterine adhesions release surgery.
