Abstract:A wireless monitoring system based on 5G strain and temperature was designed to address the difficulty of monitoring the reheater valve casing in thermal power units.High-temperature strain gauges and K-type thermocouples were selected.A conditioning and acquisition system for strain and temperature at the edge was designed, which was connected to a 5G industrial gateway for high-bandwidth,low-latency remote data transmission. The data could be stored on-site and in cloud servers.A Vue+Spring Boot IoT service program was developed to provide remote access functionality for multiple users in different locations.Experimental verification showed that the network latency was in the millisecond range, and the data transmission accuracy reached 99.7%,The deformation model with an order of 2 has better predictive performance, and the maximum principal strain model has lower errors, meeting the requirements of wireless monitoring of high-temperature micro-strain in the reheater valve casing.
